    The Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) of Sant Mori is the cartographic instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The geographical information set of the POUM de Sant Mori consists of multiple plans, all of them in PDF format, which form two mapping blocks: information plans and planning plans. The planning areas of the municipality defined by the POUM plans are: Soil classification and general and organic structure of the territory, Urban qualifications: urban and developable land, Urban management, parameters and action program, Prospective image and Urban services (i lighting and electricity, water and sanitation). The POUM can be viewed both from the website of the City Council and from the Registry of Urban Planning of Catalonia (RPUC).
